i keep telling them that the people who are put under mentors
must be called either "understudies", "students", "pupils" or
"trainees"
not bloody something which resembles "manatee" 
just like you invite someone, they are your bloody "guests" not
bloody "invitees"
so, by their though processes, what? those you present a talk to,
you are the speaker, they are the speakee??
